Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy

At Redland Energy S.A.C. we are firmly committed to the fight against bribery and corruption in all its forms and areas. In compliance with current legislation and other applicable requirements, we establish actions and controls to prevent, detect and address any incidence of bribery and corruption, with the aim of protecting and preserving the integrity of our organization. Therefore, we are committed to:

1. Comply with current legal provisions regarding anti-bribery and anti-corruption management.
2. Implement controls in the processes to prevent acts of corruption and bribery as well as the appropriate mechanisms to be able to receive reports of bribery incidents.
3. Grant the necessary authority and independence to the anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance function to advise, ensure and supervise anti-bribery and anti-corruption management.
4. Reduce bribery risks in our activities, through awareness-raising, dissemination, socialization and training actions for employees.
5. Establish communication channels to report acts of bribery and encourage its use, protecting the identity of the complainants and ensuring the confidentiality of the information, without fear of retaliation.
6. Manage the continuous improvement of anti-bribery management.

This policy prevents and prohibits any form of bribery and corruption, and non-compliance is subject to administrative and criminal sanctions, as appropriate.
