Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Start-up
Pre-commissioning, known as “Static Readiness without power,” involves reviewing each component of systems and equipment for compliance with project blueprints, specifications, manufacturer instructions, and current regulations.
Commissioning, or “Dynamic Readiness with power,” focuses on verifying the proper performance of electrical, instrumentation, and control elements.
Start-up involves introducing loads to the plant or system, adjusting conditions to meet the specified quantity and quality objectives outlined in the designs.
